I have not had any issues with my Meyer plow on either the 2012 6.2 truck with a 200 amp alt, single lead acid Motorcraft battery or the new 7.3 truck with the 240 amp alt and single battery. I have not had a problem with electrical drain since a 1989 F250 351 with a 70 amp alt and single battery.
