These are designed to work well in street-driven 5.3 and 6.0 truck engines. BTR recommends a stall of at least 2400 rpm and the obvious upgrades to the springs and rocker trunnions.

I have a wideband but waiting on a new sensor to come in, truck idled rich for probably way too long after the rebuild and the sensor stopped reading. After putting in some new O2 sensors I was able to get it idling at a point where the STFT and LTFT were within 3-5% combined.
