WebDec 29, 2013 · 12SI puts out 55 amps at engine idle speed with stock pulley 22SI puts out 80 amps with larger 3 1/2 inch pulley at idle. CS144 puts out 90 amps with larger 3 1/2" pulley at idle. I just bought a newly rebuilt CS144 still in the Delco box on Ebay for $50. That and a 3 1/2" pulley seems the best fit and price to me.
